The Exhibition

Made in Nigeria Shoe Expo - Showcasing Innovation in Leather and Textile Industry

Made in Nigeria Shoe Expo (MINSE) has been the appropriate response to changes in market patterns, stringent economic recession and external influences to trade in Nigeria’s leather and textile industry. MINSE has helped to showcase industry trends and innovation, as well as helped policy makers execute strategies to grow the leather industry. Over the last decade alone, we have successfully conducted several editions in both Abuja and Lagos alone. This is significant, as a specialized leather fair with a national outlook that has seen participants drawn from over Nine (9) states in Nigeria alone and international participation drawn from Europe, Africa and Asia Pacific.

MINSE provides the platform for international firms to harness lucrative value-chains across the footwear and leather markets in Africa. The African footwear and leather products market is valued at over $15 billion US Dollars and CGAIR of about 5.3%. This is occasioned by a vibrant middle class, large youth and fashionable populace, and a single market place created by the African Continental Free Trade Area (AfCFTA) and a combined GDP of US $3.4 trillion . MINSE is the place to be if you are looking at seizing a fair share of the African market, and we look to have you this summer in the capital city of Abuja, Nigeria!!!
